We usually reply within two to three working days. During peak admission season (June to September) replies may take a little longer.

What to include

• Corrections: the page link, the detail that is wrong, and a link to the official source showing the correct information.
• University representatives: your official email address and the department you represent, so we can verify and update your profile quickly.
• Students: the university or program you are asking about. Please note we cannot process applications or predict merit lists; for official answers, contact the university admission office directly.

What we cannot help with

Pak Student Hub is an independent information website. We are not connected to any university, HEC or test service, so we cannot check your application status, issue roll number slips, change your test date or confirm your admission. Those questions should go to the official admission office listed on each university profile.
