MUL Undergraduate Admissions 2026-27

This record tracks undergraduate admissions at Minhaj University Lahore for 2026-27. As of October 2026 the official website still shows “Admissions Open Fall 2026”, indicating the Fall intake is in its late phase for programs with remaining seats. A Spring 2027 intake has not been announced on the site; MUL normally opens Spring admissions in December alongside its scholarship competitive exam — check the official website.

Admission Schedule

The official site advertises 150+ programs across twelve faculties; confirm individual program availability on the portal.

Because MUL’s scholarship tiers are decided at admission from the intermediate percentage (and from the competitive exam for the Tahir-ul-Qadri award), applicants should treat the admission form and the scholarship form as one package and file them together. Programs under the Islamic Studies and Languages faculties also admit students from recognised madaris with equivalence, and the concession page lists a 25% award for students of Jamia Ashrafia, Naeemia and Nizam-ul-Madaris.

Eligibility Criteria

• Intermediate or equivalent; IBCC equivalence for A-Level/foreign qualifications.
• Madrasa certificates (Shahadat-ul-Aalia etc.) accepted for relevant faculties with recognised equivalence — confirm on the official website.
• Relevant subject group for engineering and health programs; LAT for LLB.
• Minimum percentage not published — check the official website.

How to Apply

1. Register on admission.mul.edu.pk.
2. Fill in the online form and upload scanned documents.
3. Pay the processing fee through the challan.

Entry Test and Merit

MUL’s own competitive exam with composite scoring; no admission weightage is published. Merit lists are released by faculty rather than university-wide, and candidates not selected in the first list are often considered in subsequent lists while seats remain, so keep checking the portal after the first announcement. Read the MUL entry test guide for details.
