Fee and Scholarships

Fee PDFs and a 2026-27 scholarship document are on the official admission page; figures not verifiable here — check the official website. See our scholarships archive.

The official notice flags that seats are limited in most programs, including the architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical and garments technology degrees, fashion design technology, BBIT and the new printing and packaging program. Quota seats — 2% each for merged districts of FATA (one seat per district), Balochistan (one per civil division), sports, minorities and disabled candidates — are filled within their own category.

Submission is partly physical: after online application and payment at Bank of Punjab, the printed form, original challan, CNIC copies and educational documents must reach the Admission Office by hand or courier. Applicants outside Lahore should post their documents a few days before the closing date to avoid rejection for late receipt.

PTUT also admits DAE students through the Institute of DAE Studies and runs evening MSc programs in mechanical and electrical engineering technology with a 16-year degree and first division or CGPA 2.50 requirement. Those notices are separate from the undergraduate cycle recorded here. Short courses and certificate programs are advertised throughout the year on the official short-course page and do not follow the Fall admission calendar.
