The Islamabad Campus is the principal campus of COMSATS University Islamabad profile (CUI), a federal public-sector university chartered in 2018 and operating since 1998. It is located on Park Road, Tarlai Kalan, at the foothills of the Margalla Hills in the federal capital.
About the Campus
The official campus website lists six faculties with departments of Architecture, Art and Design, Economics, Humanities, Management Sciences, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Chemistry, Meteorology, Mathematics, Physics and Biosciences. The university homepage describes the campus as having 35 departments, more than 12,000 students and 650-plus faculty members, and it houses the Rector’s secretariat and the central admission office. CUI as a whole is best known for computing and engineering, and the Islamabad campus is also where on-campus NTS sittings for applicants are held.

Admissions at this Campus
All COMSATS campuses admit students through one central online system at admissions.comsats.edu.pk, where applicants select up to three programme choices and enter their NTS NAT result (or NTS roll number) during registration. Facilities
The campus site lists the Junaid Zaidi Library, 74 air-conditioned IT-enabled lecture theatres, more than 50 laboratories with over 1,100 computers, sports grounds including cricket and football, a gym, an on-campus health centre, a student service centre with cafeteria and food court, and a transport fleet of 37 buses.
