The Associate Degree in Computing at NUML is a two-year (four-semester) undergraduate computing program of the Department of Computer Science, offered at the Islamabad main campus and at eight regional campuses of the National University of Modern Languages.

Program Overview

The Associate Degree in Computing is a two-year program that packages the first four semesters of a computing degree: programming fundamentals, object-oriented programming, data structures, discrete structures, digital logic design, database systems, web technologies and the compulsory general-education courses. Under HEC rules it is both an exit qualification and the route into the fifth semester of BSCS, BSSE or BSIT, subject to university policy.

It is designed for students who want a quick, practical entry into IT work, for those who cannot commit four years at once, and for working students at the many NUML campuses where it is listed. ICS graduates will find it a natural continuation.
