NUML Peshawar Campus - NUML

NUML Peshawar Campus is the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa campus of the National University of Modern Languages, a federal public university based in Islamabad. It serves students from Peshawar, the Peshawar valley districts and the merged tribal districts who want NUML’s language, business and computing degrees without moving to the capital.

About the Campus

According to the official campus website, NUML Peshawar has four faculties: Engineering and Computing (Computer Science and Software Engineering), Management Science, Languages and Cultures (Arabic, Chinese, French, German, English ELT and the long and short language courses) and Arts and Humanities (English). The language departments are a distinctive feature – Peshawar is one of the regional campuses where Chinese, German and French are taught alongside degree programs.

The official undergraduate list places BBA (Hons), BS Accounting and Finance, BS English, BSCS, Associate Degree in Computing and BS Software Engineering at Peshawar. The campus page lists a library, a masjid, a computer lab, an examination hall and a cafeteria. The establishment year and street address are not given on the official page.

Admissions at this Campus

Admissions at NUML are centralised: every campus uses the same NUML Admission Portal and the same eligibility document, and you select the campus and program priorities on one form. The processing fee is Rs. 2,500 and the regular intake is Fall, with the Spring intake limited to certain programs (Source: numl.edu.pk/admissions). Departmental tests and interviews are held at the campus you apply to.

Because the campus is a sub-campus, the merit list for each program is prepared campus-wise, which usually means slightly lower closing merit than the Islamabad main campus.
