Psychology graduates in Pakistan work in hospitals and rehabilitation centres (usually after an MS or ADCP), schools as counsellors, HR and training departments, NGOs dealing with mental health and child protection, and market research firms. Demand for mental-health services has grown sharply since 2020, but licensed clinical practice requires postgraduate training. Teaching and research are additional options after M.Phil.
