BS Computer Science at QUEST Nawabshah: overview, 2026 eligibility, admission steps, self-finance fee and career scope. Four-year degree, Sindh.

Explore BS Computer Science – QUEST Nawabshah at University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar, including duration, eligibility and connected admission resources.

BS Computer Science at QUEST Nawabshah is a four-year, eight-semester degree in the Faculty of Science, offered in both the morning and evening shifts. It is among the most sought-after non-engineering programmes at the university and carries a self-finance fee equal to that of BS IT and BS Artificial Intelligence.

Program Overview

The programme follows the HEC computing curriculum: programming fundamentals, object-oriented programming, data structures and algorithms, discrete mathematics, digital logic, computer organisation, operating systems, databases, software engineering, computer networks, theory of automata, web and mobile development, artificial intelligence and a final year project. Elective tracks let students lean towards AI, security or software development.

BS Computer Science is the right choice for students who want a broad, theory-grounded computing education and the flexibility to go into software, research or further study. It is a science degree, not a PEC-accredited engineering degree, which matters only for government engineering posts.
