Explore BE Electrical Engineering – QUEST Nawabshah at University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar, including duration, eligibility and connected admission resources.
BE Electrical Engineering is one of the founding disciplines of QUEST Nawabshah and remains a four-year, eight-semester morning-shift degree accredited by the Pakistan Engineering Council. The department also runs the Automation and Control stream, which is listed as a separate BE at admission time.
Program Overview
The programme covers circuit analysis, electromagnetic fields, electrical machines, power generation, transmission and distribution, power electronics, control systems, high-voltage engineering and renewable energy integration. Laboratories for machines, power systems and instrumentation support the theory, and the final year project is often tied to the electricity utilities serving Sindh.
Choose this degree if you are interested in how electricity is produced, moved and controlled at scale. Students more interested in chips and signals should compare it with BE Electronic Engineering, while those drawn to factory automation can look at the Automation and Control variant.
