In the Fall 2025 cycle, applicants downloaded the form from the website, paid a Rs. 1,500 non-refundable challan at HBL/NBP and submitted hard-copy forms with attested documents to the Student Affairs Department or the relevant sub-campus. Intermediate (or equivalent) is required; result-awaiting students may apply.

Entry Test and Merit

The university conducts its own entry test and interview for BS admissions; the Fall 2025 advertisement required a minimum 50% score in the entry test to qualify. Pharm-D applicants need Pre-Medical with at least 60% and must pay an additional NTS charge. The merit formula is not published on the pages reviewed; check the official website.

Approximate Fee Range

Check official website. Only the Rs. 1,500 application processing challan (plus Rs. 1,500 NTS charge for Pharm-D) is stated in the Fall 2025 advertisement; tuition fees are not published on the pages reviewed.
