Fee and Scholarships
Regular fee figures are on the official fee structure page (image format) — check the official website. Self-finance seats cost an extra Rs. 30,000 per semester as advertised. Scholarships: Interloop need-based, HEC need-based and Punjab Honhaar. See the scholarships archive.
Documents and Practical Notes
Keep clear scans of your Matric and Intermediate certificates, CNIC or B-Form, domicile, photograph and the paid challan before you start, because the GCWUF portal rejects incomplete forms. Applicants for computing, allied health, nutrition and food science should double-check that the relevant-subject marks on their result card meet the 50% floor, since merit for those programmes is computed on those subjects. Evening-section seats (where offered) and self-finance seats are listed separately on the merit lists, so look at the right column for your category. Once admitted, the university schedules a blood-screening test and an orientation session for new entrants, both notified on the official news page.
