How to Apply

  1. Register at ustb.edu.pk/apply.php and fill in the online application

  4. Generate the fee challan from ustbportal.com.pk and deposit it in the bank
  5. Download the roll-number slip (engineering applicants) and appear for the ATS test
  6. Check the merit lists, then pay the first-semester dues within the given days to confirm your seat

Entry Test and Merit

Engineering applicants sit the Allied Aptitude Test; other BS programmes are decided on academic merit. The official weightage is not published — check the official website. See the UST Bannu entry test guide for pattern and tips.

Fee and Scholarships

Per the official Fee Structure 2025 (BS & BSc), the first-semester total is Rs. 29,455 for regular BS, Rs. 35,455 for 2nd-shift BS and Rs. 66,246 for BSc Engineering, with onward semesters at Rs. 21,755, Rs. 27,755 and Rs. 55,046 respectively. Documents and Tips for Applicants

Keep scanned copies of your matric and intermediate certificates and detailed marks sheets, domicile, CNIC or B-Form, a passport photograph and, for DAE holders, the diploma transcript ready before you open the portal; the form times out if uploads are slow. Engineering applicants should keep both the ATS roll-number slip and the portal application number, because the merit list is matched against the test record. UST Bannu publishes separate 1st-shift and 2nd-shift lists, so if your name is missing from one, check the other before assuming you were not selected. Fee challans generated on ustbportal.com.pk expire on the printed date, and a seat lapses if dues are unpaid, after which it passes to the next candidate on the waiting list. Hostel and transport charges are already built into the official semester totals shown above.
