UET Peshawar Kohat Campus is recorded on this site as a satellite campus of the University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar in Kohat city, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. An older UET admissions page names Kohat among five satellite campuses, but as of October 2026 the current official website and the 2026-27 undergraduate prospectus list only Abbottabad, Jalozai (Nowshera) and Bannu, so the campus’s present status could not be confirmed on the official site.
About the Campus
The Kohat campus was set up in the 2000s expansion to serve Kohat, Hangu, Karak and the Kurram and Orakzai districts, initially offering electrical and other engineering sections. In later years UET Peshawar consolidated several smaller campuses into the purpose-built Jalozai campus, and the Kohat site does not appear in the latest campus listings. Students from the Kohat region who want a UET Peshawar degree should look at programmes at the Peshawar main campus or Jalozai, and check with the admissions directorate about any Kohat-based intake.

Admissions at this Campus
UET Peshawar runs one admission cycle for the main campus and all satellite campuses. After sitting the ETEA entrance test, applicants fill in a single form on the central admission portal and rank the campuses they would accept; merit lists then place candidates campus by campus. Campus offices do not accept direct applications. Eligibility is the standard UET rule of 60 percent unadjusted intermediate marks plus the ETEA score, with KP domicile for open-merit seats. Our UET Peshawar admissions 2026-27 record and entry test page explain the steps.
