How to Apply

  1. Watch the announcement on the JUW website, Facebook page and newspapers.
  2. Register online or on campus and confirm program eligibility.
  3. Submit the form with Matric certificate, last marksheet, two photographs and CNIC/B-Form copies.
  4. Pay the registration fee and collect the admit card and admission kit.
  5. Sit the aptitude test, attend the interview if listed, and submit the enrolment form with originals.
  6. Pay fees by cash or pay order at the campus to receive your student ID.

Entry Test and Merit

A GMAT-style aptitude test of about one hour, combined with the Academic Eligibility Score and interview. No published weightages.

Fee and Scholarships

Fee amounts are not shown in text on the official fee page; check the official website at https://www.juw.edu.pk/fee-structure. Financial assistance is merit-cum-need based.

Documents and Practical Notes

JUW still runs part of its process on campus, so plan at least two visits to Nazimabad: one to register and collect the admission kit, and one for the test and interview. Bring the Matric certificate, the latest marksheet, two passport-size photographs, your CNIC or B-Form and your father’s or guardian’s CNIC. Candidates from Cambridge boards or Deeni Madaris need an IBCC equivalence certificate before the admission date, and graduates of public-sector institutions must have degrees verified by the University Equivalence Committee. Anyone who already holds a BS or Masters cannot seek fresh admission at the same level. Enrolment fees are paid by cash or pay order at the campus, not online.

Tips for Applicants

  • Follow the JUW Facebook page; the university says announcements and merit lists are posted there.
  • Check subject combination rules for BS Arts before choosing majors and subsidiaries.
  • Keep original documents ready for the interview; copies are not accepted at that stage.
  • Ask the admissions office about merit-cum-need assistance when you collect the enrolment form.
