Jinnah University for Women (JUW) is a private women-only university in Nazimabad, Karachi, Sindh, established in 1998 under the Anjuman-e-Islamia Trust founded by Al-Haj Moulvi Reyazuddin Ahmed. It is known as one of the first women’s universities in Pakistan’s private sector, for a deliberately low fee structure compared with other private institutions, and for a wide science and pharmacy portfolio alongside business and social sciences. JUW appears on the HEC recognised universities list, so its degrees are HEC recognised.

Fee Structure
The fee structure page at https://www.juw.edu.pk/fee-structure did not display figures in text form when we checked. JUW describes its fees as low relative to other private universities; check the official website or call (92-21) 36620857-59 for current amounts.
Scholarships and Financial Aid
Financial assistance is awarded on a merit-cum-need basis to meritorious and needy students. Source: https://www.juw.edu.pk/financial-assistance/. External schemes are in our scholarships archive.
Campuses
JUW operates from its single campus at 5C Nazimabad, Karachi, with a central library of over 60,000 books and the campus radio Sada-e-Taalbat FM 91.8. Browse the campuses archive.
Why Students Choose JUW
Families choose JUW for a women-only environment in a central Karachi location, a broad science and pharmacy menu and fees that the university keeps deliberately modest. The campus is compact and the application process still involves on-campus steps, which suits local students best. Pharmacy, physical therapy and the computing degrees are the most sought-after entry points, so apply as soon as the announcement appears.
