LGU Undergraduate Admissions 2026-27

This record covers undergraduate admissions at Lahore Garrison University for 2026-27. As of October 2026 the official portal header reads “Admissions Fall-2026 — Apply Now” and a Fall 2026 merit list page is live, so the Fall cycle is in its late phase (first-round deadlines have passed; remaining seats may still be filled). Seats in the computing cluster (BSCS, BSSE, BSAI, BSDS, Cyber Security) fill fastest in every cycle, while basic sciences and languages usually remain open into the later phases. If your preferred program shows closed on the portal, the admissions office (admissions@lgu.edu.pk, 042-37181821-22) can confirm whether a waiting list or a Spring option exists.

Eligibility Criteria

• Intermediate or equivalent, generally with at least 50% marks (confirm per program on the official website).
• Candidates whose intermediate result is awaited may apply on the basis of first-year marks, subject to producing the final result before enrolment — confirm this policy for the current cycle on the official website.
• Relevant subject background: pre-medical for biology programs, pre-engineering/ICS for computing and physical sciences.
• IBCC equivalence for A-Level and overseas qualifications.

How to Apply

1. Register at admissions.lgu.edu.pk.
2. Complete the application form and upload scanned documents.
3. Pay the processing fee through the voucher.
4. Sit the LGU entry test and interview.
5. Check the merit list, then pay admission (PKR 17,500) and first-semester fees.

Entry Test and Merit

LGU uses its own test plus an interview; no weightage is published, and merit lists are posted directly on the admissions portal rather than on the main website. Fee and Scholarships

Official FY 2026-27 figures: admission fee PKR 17,500; tuition PKR 5,160–7,744 per credit hour; first-semester tuition from about PKR 87,720 (English/Urdu) to PKR 139,392 (computing); estimated program totals PKR 737,760–1,086,848.
