NFC-IET Undergraduate Admissions 2026-27

NFC Institute of Engineering and Technology (NFC-IET), Multan admits undergraduates once a year in Fall. For 2026-27 the official schedule shows applications closing on 31 July 2026 and classes starting on 1 September 2026, so as of October 2026 the Fall 2026 cycle is closed and a third undergraduate merit list has been posted on the official site. Eligibility Criteria

• Engineering: 60% in HSSC or equivalent; Architecture 60%
• Computing, Biomedical, Food Science: 50%
• BBA and sciences: 45%
• I.Com and FA holders: BBA, Accounting & Finance and Fashion Design only
• Required documents: matric and FSc certificates, 3 photos, medical fitness certificate, domicile, entry test result card

How to Apply

1. Register for the entry test via the entry test system.
2. Submit the online application on the NFC-IET admission portal.
3. Attach scanned copies of all required documents.
4. Pay dues before the deadline; applications without dues are rejected.
5. Check merit lists and complete enrolment.

Fee and Scholarships

NFC-IET fills seats in rounds. After the first merit list, candidates who do not pay dues lose their seat and the vacancy passes to the next applicant in a second and third list; the third undergraduate merit list for 2026 is already posted on the official site, which indicates the cycle has reached its closing rounds. Students who were on a waiting list should check the PDF merit lists rather than waiting for a call.

Withdrawal rules follow HEC policy: a full refund (minus the processing fee) if a student leaves within seven days of classes starting, half within fifteen days, and nothing after that except caution money. Students holding offers from more than one institution should therefore decide before the fifteenth day of classes.

The institute also notes that overseas candidates may apply by email before the closing date and that Associate Degree holders can enter the fifth semester of computing and management programs, a route worth considering for ADP graduates in Multan who want a four-year degree title without starting over. Candidates in the employee, PEC and Hafiz-e-Quran categories should attach the category documents listed on the official page, as these are checked before a seat is confirmed.
