Why Students Choose NFC-IET

NFC-IET is the main public engineering option in Multan with PEC-accredited programs and a long industrial link to the fertilizer sector, which helps with internships. Fees are generally lower than private alternatives, and the Fall 2026 schedule shows a transparent, published merit formula.

NFC-IET sits on Khanewal Road in Multan, next to the National Fertilizer Corporation complex that gave the institute its name, and the campus has hostels for out-of-city students. Multan is the hub of south Punjab, so students from Bahawalpur, Vehari, Khanewal, Lodhran, Muzaffargarh and Dera Ghazi Khan form a large part of the intake, and many commute daily from nearby districts.

The institute publishes a detailed document checklist for admission: matric and FSc certificates, three passport photographs, a medical fitness certificate, a domicile certificate and the entry test result card, with extra documents for Hafiz-e-Quran, Balochistan, overseas, PEC, employee and employed-candidate categories. Preparing these early matters because the online form closes only two weeks after the second test and dues are collected a week later.
