Programs Open for Admission
Round 3 covers limited programs across Engineering and Sciences, BBA and Engineering Technology. Self-finance seats are open in BS Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. Confirm the current list on the portal.
Eligibility Criteria
HSC-II, equivalent or relevant DAE (or awaiting June 2026 results) with at least 60% for engineering and 50% for science, BBA and technology programs; deficiency courses apply for pre-medical and general science students; IBCC equivalence for other boards.
How to Apply
- Apply online at https://admissions.ssuet.edu.pk/ and upload documents.
- Pay the Rs. 3,900 processing fee via MCB or PayPro.
- Attend the walk-in test with admit card, CNIC/B-Form, voucher and calculator, or upload an exempting 2026 public-sector test score.
- Check results and provisional offers on the portal.
- Pay the fee at the MCB SSUET branch by cash or pay order to reserve your seat.
Entry Test and Merit
Computer-based on-campus test; exemptions for USAT, NED, MUET, NTS, ETEA, MDCAT and DUET scores from 2026. No published weightage.
Fee and Scholarships
Program fee tables are posted as images on the official page, so check the official website for semester amounts. Self-finance: one-time PKR 250,000 plus first-semester fee and taxes, no instalments. Scholarships for top 50 rank holders, performance, merit-cum-need, siblings and AIT graduates are announced without published amounts.
Documents and Practical Notes
Upload a clear photograph, your HSC-II marksheet or the online result, admit card or statement of entry if awaiting results, CNIC or B-Form, and, for DAE holders, the diploma transcript. Equivalent-board applicants must attach the IBCC equivalence certificate. Payment is only through MCB branches or PayPro; IBFT transfers are rejected, which trips up many applicants. On test day you need the admit card, CNIC or B-Form, the paid voucher, stationery and a calculator; phones and smartwatches are not allowed in the hall. Self-finance applicants in CS, SE, AI and DS should budget for the one-time PKR 250,000 charge on top of the first-semester fee and taxes, payable by cash or pay order with no instalments.
Tips for Applicants
- If you hold a 2026 USAT, NED, NTS or ETEA score, upload it under Other Test and still attempt the SSUET test for a possible higher score.
- Pre-medical students should plan for the Maths deficiency course in the first semester.
- Check the notifications page regularly; round results and program offerings are posted there as PDFs.
- Contact admissions@ssuet.edu.pk or 0304-2248985 (messages only) for seat availability in Round 3.
