UoB Undergraduate Admissions 2026-27

Programs Open for Admission

The Fall 2026 notice covered four-year BS programs across the faculties of Physical and Environmental Sciences, Life Sciences, Management and Information Sciences, Arts and Humanities, Social Sciences, and Literature and Languages, plus five-year Pharm-D and DPT and the four-year B.Ed. The full list is on the profile page; the official notice is the final word on which departments are admitting.

Eligibility Criteria

• Intermediate or equivalent from a recognised board, with minimum marks set by each department (commonly in the 45-50 percent range for general BS programs).
• Pharm-D and DPT: FSc Pre-Medical with a higher minimum percentage set by the faculty.
• Result-awaiting candidates may apply and must submit the result before the merit list is finalised.
• Balochistan domicile for provincial quota seats; some seats are open to candidates from other provinces.

How to Apply

1. Read the current admission notice on the official website and note the departments and deadline.
2. Register on the UoB online admission system and complete the student profile.
3. Select up to the allowed number of program preferences.
4. Upload scanned documents: SSC and HSSC certificates, CNIC or B-Form, domicile and photographs.
5. Print the processing-fee challan, pay it at the designated bank and upload the receipt.
6. If your program requires the NTS test, register and pay the NTS fee separately.
7. Check the merit lists on the notification page and pay the semester fee within the given days.

Entry Test and Merit

Fee and Scholarships

A non-refundable processing fee is charged per application and semester fees vary by faculty; no official 2026-27 fee figures were available — check the official website. Notes for Applicants

UoB’s merit lists are published faculty by faculty on the notification page, and several departments issue a second or third list when selected candidates do not pay in time, so keep checking even if your name is missing from the first list. Hostel seats at the Sariab Road campus are limited and allocated separately from academic admission, so apply for accommodation as soon as you are selected. Candidates in Kharan, Qila Saifullah or other sub-campus areas should check whether their program is offered locally, because campus-level merit is prepared separately. If your intermediate result is announced after the deadline, submit the marks certificate to the Undergraduate Studies Office before the merit list is finalised or your provisional application may lapse.
