KKKUK Entry Test 2026-27
About This Entry Test
Khushal Khan Khattak University Karak does not conduct an entrance exam for its BS programs, and it does not ask for ETEA or NTS scores. Undergraduate admission is on open merit with a set of reserved seats. This page explains what that means for 2026-27, who is eligible, how the application and fee work, and where a test does apply. For the university overview see the KKKUK profile.
Which Test Is Required
- BS programs (Computer Science, AI, MLT, Radiology, Renewable Energy, Bioinformatics, RS and GIS, Applied Physics, BBA, Economics, Psychology, sciences, humanities): open merit, no test.
- MS, MPhil and PhD: valid NTS GAT (General or Subject) or GRE, or the university’s own test (held 1 October 2026 for the 2026 cycle).
- B.Ed and PGD programs: check the official website.
- No ETEA, HEC USAT or LAT requirement is stated for undergraduate programs on the official pages reviewed.

Merit Formula
The official pages do not publish a percentage weightage for SSC and HSSC. Merit lists are prepared department-wise from academic marks — check the official website for the current merit policy.
Preparation Tips
- There is no exam to study for, so concentrate on your HSSC result — it is effectively your score.
- Use all three discipline choices on the form; merit closes at different levels in CS, MLT and the sciences.
- Read the Undergraduate Education Policy on the official site to confirm your subject group qualifies for the program you want.
- Keep the Bank of Khyber challan copy — applications without a verified payment are not processed.
- Monitor the news section from late September; merit lists carry short reporting deadlines.
