MUST Entry Test 2026-27

Mirpur University of Science and Technology is one of the few universities in Azad Jammu and Kashmir with its own admission test. The UGAT-1 (University Graduate Admission Test) and the state-level SEET engineering test both feature in MUST’s undergraduate admissions, so applicants need to know which one they must sit. Which Test Is Required

• Engineering programmes (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Software, Computer Systems): SEET 2026 (State Engineering & Engineering Technology Entry Test) as advertised, with a phase-1 test centre also set up in Islamabad
• UGAT-1: MUST’s own University Graduate Admission Test, listed as an admission test on the official site; the advertisement specifies the programmes it covers
• Pharmacy, DPT and health sciences: criteria in the Faculty of Health & Medical Sciences advertisement (PMDC rules apply to MBBS/BDS, which MUST does not offer)
• LLB: HEC LAT — etc.hec.gov.pk
• Most BS programmes in sciences, management and humanities: academic merit

Test Pattern

Engineering entry tests in Pakistan generally cover intermediate Physics, Chemistry or Computer Science, Mathematics and English in MCQ form; confirm the official breakdown on the test slip.

Eligibility

• FSc Pre-Engineering, ICS (Physics/Maths) or DAE with the minimum percentage required for engineering
• FSc Pre-Medical for Pharmacy, DPT and allied health
• Intermediate in the relevant group for other BS programmes
• MUST accepted applications on first-year results for Fall 2026 where final results were awaited
• IBCC equivalence for O/A-Level and foreign certificates

Register at admission.must.edu.pk, complete the form and pay through the online challan portal linked from the admissions page. Test and processing fee amounts are not displayed on a page we could verify — check the official website.

Schedule
