IoBM Undergraduate Admissions 2026-27

As of October 2026, the Institute of Business Management has Spring 2027 undergraduate admissions open; the Fall 2026 cycle is complete. Online applications run from 10 October to 7 November 2026, with the aptitude test on 14 November and the merit list on 23 December 2026. Eligibility Criteria

HSC with 55% and at least C grades in SSC and HSC; A Level with three subjects and two C grades; O Level with eight subjects and five C grades including the compulsory subjects; High School Diploma with 2.5 CGPA plus IBCC equivalence. IBCC science equivalence is compulsory for CS, Data Science and Software Engineering.

How to Apply

1. Create an account at https://admissions.iobm.edu.pk/ and complete the form.
2. Upload attested academic records and two passport photos.
3. Pay the Rs. 3,000 test/processing fee online by 7 November 2026 and download the admit card.
4. Sit the aptitude test on 14 November 2026 (or submit a qualifying SAT score).
5. Attend the interview between 30 November and 6 December 2026.
6. If on the 23 December merit list, pay the admission and semester fees by the stated deadline.

Entry Test and Merit

IoBM aptitude test plus interview; SAT 1,100 (550/550) exempts the test. No merit weightage is published.

Fee and Scholarships

Bachelor tuition is listed at Rs. 9,800 per credit hour (Rs. 186,400 per full-load semester including Rs. 10,000 registration) in one table and Rs. 8,910 per credit hour (Rs. 170,380) in another, plus a one-time Rs. 50,000 admission fee; the page does not say which table applies to Spring 2027. Documents and Practical Notes

IoBM requires attested academic records, two passport-size photographs on a white background and, for working applicants, an employer certificate. Applicants with A Level results should attach the IBCC equivalence, which is compulsory for BS Computer Science, Data Science and Software Engineering and may be requested for other programs. The Rs. 3,000 processing fee is non-refundable and must be paid online by 7 November 2026; admit cards are issued only to applicants who have paid by then. Results of the aptitude test are posted on the portal at 6:00 pm on 28 November, and interview slots run from 30 November to 6 December, so keep that week free. Waitlisted candidates are contacted only after the merit-list fee deadline passes.

Tips for Applicants

• Apply early in the window; interview scheduling is easier for early applicants.
• If your SAT meets the 550/550/1,100 thresholds, upload it to skip the test, but the score must be within one year.
• Clarify which fee table applies to Spring 2027 with the Financial Assistance Department before paying.
• Prepare for the interview as the decisive stage; IoBM calls it the most important step.
