UHS Undergraduate Admissions 2026-27

This record tracks the University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore for 2026-27 as of October 2026. Two cycles matter. First, the UHS on-campus undergraduate Fall 2026 admission is in its late phase — a Phase II notice and the second and third selection lists are already on the website, so fresh applications are unlikely. Second, and far bigger, the MBBS/BDS admission to Punjab’s public sector medical and dental colleges for session 2026-27 is currently open: the MDCAT 2026 result is out and affiliated colleges reported the UHS portal open on 16 October 2026. • MBBS at public sector medical colleges of Punjab (through UHS)
• BDS at public sector dental colleges of Punjab (through UHS)
• MBBS/BDS at UHS-affiliated private colleges (separate UHS notice)
• UHS on-campus undergraduate programmes — Fall 2026 late phase only
• Postgraduate programmes through PGET 2026 (not undergraduate)

Eligibility Criteria

• FSc Pre-Medical or IBCC-equivalent with the minimum percentage in the UHS admission policy 2026-27.
• MDCAT 2026 score at or above the PM&DC passing threshold.
• Punjab domicile for provincial seats; overseas and other categories as defined in the policy.
• Age, document and nationality conditions as per the prospectus.

How to Apply

1. Check your MDCAT 2026 result on results.uhs.edu.pk.
2. Register on publicmbbs.uhs.edu.pk with your CNIC/B-Form and MDCAT roll number.
3. Fill in Matric and FSc marks, upload documents (marks sheets, domicile, photograph) and rank colleges by preference — place KEMU, Nishtar, RMU and others in your true order.
4. Pay the processing fee by the method shown on the portal and keep the receipt.
5. Monitor merit lists; on allotment, report to the allotted college with original documents and pay the fee within the deadline.

A practical warning for this cycle: the UHS portal asks for college preferences in strict order and the allotment is final per list, so write your order down before you log in. Candidates who miss the first merit list are considered in later lists only for the colleges they selected, and the recount/review window for MDCAT marks closes before the application deadline. Students appearing in the on-campus UHS programmes should note that the Fall 2026 selection lists are already at the third round, which usually means only waiting-list movement remains.

Entry Test and Merit

MDCAT is mandatory. UHS computes the aggregate from Matric, FSc and MDCAT using the weightages in the 2026-27 policy, and allots seats strictly by preference and merit. Details on the UHS entry test page; see also the KEMU entry test page.

Fee and Scholarships

Tuition at public colleges is set by the Punjab Government and published in the UHS prospectus; the amount is not shown as text on uhs.edu.pk — check the official website. Need-based support comes through college-level committees, PEEF and HEC schemes; see our scholarships archive.
