UET Peshawar Bannu Campus is a satellite campus of the University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar in Bannu city, southern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The official ‘About UET’ page records that it became operational in May 2002 in the premises of a comprehensive high school, and the 2026-27 prospectus says it serves nearly 500 students.
About the Campus
Bannu Campus is the only public engineering campus in the southern districts of KP and the adjoining merged tribal districts of North Waziristan and Lakki Marwat. It began with two traditional engineering disciplines, and the university states that it is consolidating these programmes and upgrading the campus facilities. The 2026-27 prospectus lists Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering and a Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence programme at Bannu, reflecting the move to add computing to the original engineering base.

Admissions at this Campus
UET Peshawar runs one admission cycle for the main campus and all satellite campuses. After sitting the ETEA entrance test, applicants fill in a single form on the central admission portal and rank the campuses they would accept; merit lists then place candidates campus by campus. Campus offices do not accept direct applications. Eligibility is the standard UET rule of 60 percent unadjusted intermediate marks plus the ETEA score, with KP domicile for open-merit seats. Our UET Peshawar admissions 2026-27 record and entry test page explain the steps.
Facilities
The official page mentions that the campus operates from converted school premises and that upgrading of facilities is in progress; for hostel, laboratory and transport details check the official website.
